Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging where applicable.
As all our items are authentic vintage pieces, minor signs of age and wear are part of their character and are described and photographed in each listing — these are not considered defects.
To initiate a return, please contact us at finnishvintageoasis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items showing damage not present at the time of delivery
- Final sale items marked as such in the listing
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged in transit or significantly not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
International orders For customers outside Finland, please note that import duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a delivery, any return shipping and customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
